VAWA help

Good day community,

I just wanted to ask what would my status be regarded as if my receipt notices for my VAWA doesn’t come before a NOID deadline( little context: spouse purposely sabotaged my interview a month ago). I have a lawyer handling my case, but it’s the weekend so no response from their end till Monday, but we’ve filed every packet (I-360, 131,485 & 765) and sent it in last week already.in addition, do you think I should ask my lawyer if we should send in a letter for abeyance? Just so that uscis doesn’t deny the old application just yet until I can get my hands on my VAWA receipt notices

VAWA receipts timeline?

I-360,I-485,I-131& I-765 filing fee?

Good evening community,

I did my due diligence for the fees I need to pay for a new VAWA package, and it seems like I only need to pay the I-130 fee, but my lawyer stated I’d only pay a $630 fee which I’m assuming they only accounted for the advanced parole. I used uscis filing fee statement to get an idea and I believe I’m correct compared to my lawyer? Would appreciate some insight from you guys if you’ve been in the same position please
