i did not know i had to pay health insurance, i've been here 8 months now, sry shouldve known im a dumb international student, i havent set up a korean bank account or anything along that line, how do i pay? also will this affect my visa extension?

So my friends flight is having a layover in korea and its 15 hours from 5 pm to 8 am the next day. So what can i do in incheon maybe in seoul.
