New kitty
Hi! I need advice on having a kitty with this job. My cat is 8 weeks old and I work lowish time. The longest I’m gone is 3 day trips but I’m anxious for my first work trip leaving kitty at home. I have kitty proofed my whole room and have lots of toys for him to play with while I’m gone. All the feeders, water, litter box are all automated and I have cameras to watch him. I do have a FA roommate who will be there sometimes but might have an occasional overlapping day where both of us are gone. If anyone could give me any advice/anything to help me feel more at peace with leaving him. I know kitty’s need a lot of attention and playtime during their kitty years and I have been giving him LOTS and doing as much as I can with him while I’m home.
