it was my first time seeing this client, but not her first time at the establishment. the brazilian wax went well, i waxed her just a few days ago but i saw her again today to do her brows and she mentioned she had white bumps on her bikini area. I asked her to show me and she had what looked like folliculitis, small pustular bumps where the follicles are. this has never happened to me and she did not exercise, have intercourse and said she did the proper after care. this is the first time it has happened to her. im just unsure what to do, i suggested she go to the doctor and monitor it but I feel so awful as im unsure if it was my fault or something she did at home not realizing it could affect her skin.
