Does anyone work at exactcare as a remote technician and love their job??? I’ve been in the engagement dept for about a year now and I absolutely hate it. Almost every call is an angry patient and I’m constantly getting cussed out. I’m worried to trx to another dept and hate it due to metrics etc. I would love to hear your experience!! :)
