Anybody know how rare this bordered bee stinger casino special blue seal is with the Bee Logo? Also the magic con v1 by Dan and Dave? I honestly have no clue

Slightly off color VS- thought it was kinda cool.
This one is a little off idk if it got printed on a different run than the others (if there was one) . It can’t be fading because both sides are the exact same. Or am I wrong?
