What’s this guy and how can I help him if I can at all?
Found this little guy outside my college in Oregon City. He’s barely moving, just breathing heavily and occasionally opening his eyes. I haven’t touched him at all. Can anybody please tell me what it is and how I can help the poor fella if I can at all or even if I should?
