Mercari Seller Not Dispatching Item
I bought a rare-ish Kamen Rider figure on Mercari, got a message from the seller saying they'd have to go and get it from their remote stock location and that it'd take a few days. After a couple of weeks I sent them a message asking if they'd found it, and nothing. Sent another message and nothing. The transaction's now been sitting at 'Hassou Machi' for almost two months. I've heard about potential penalties for the party that initiates any cancellations, and there's also a part of me that doesn't want to be the one who caves in.
Has anyone else been in this kind of situation before? Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!
