My CV is never even opened on Indeed
I am applying for roles in my field and my industry (in-house marketing).
My CV has been refined multiple times to be as effective as possible. I write short, sharp cover letters. I also have a professionally designed portfolio with real results.
Indeed: my CV isn't even being opened. I'm not getting rejected because recruiters aren't even seeing my application.
LinkedIn: almost no response.
I've hired people myself before. When you post a job, most applications are completely unrelated to the role. A CV that's properly tailored to the job description already stands out.
I'm totally fine accepting that I'm not qualified enough and HR decided to skip me.
But I can't understand why my CV isn't even being opened.
What hidden factors am I not seeing? What am I missing?
