Why do I feel like I’m gonna pass out when I do squats
I have a sneaking suspicion I already know why but I’d like confirmation.
I put two 10lb plates on my shoulders and kinda hold them up with my arms. I think it takes some energy from my arms because they’re always tired after the set. I do about 6 squats and then things start getting harder— not for my legs, but like… for everything else? I have to take a few seconds to breathe, I sometimes see some white in my vision, etc. It’s just really strenuous. Is it a cardio issue? I don’t run and the only cardio I do is fast walking, but I would love to get into running if I was allowed to
I wish I could use a bar instead. I literally bought a bar set— that’s how I got the plates— but I just can’t hold it behind me correctly, so this is my next best option.
