Airport to City Center (La Paz) - still possible?
I have a flight to go to La Paz tomorrow. We hadn't cancelled because we were hoping that the situation would improve with time.
I have a reservation at a hotel in La Paz. Is it still possible to get to the city via the usual options such as taxi or uber?
