MyNBME login failed + not receiving SMS verification codes
Hey everyone, I really need some advice because I’m stuck with a MyNBME login issue.
For the past couple of days, I haven’t been receiving the SMS verification code for two-factor authentication. My email and password are definitely correct, and this was working completely fine before.
I tried:
resending the code multiple times
resetting my password
using different browsers
private/incognito mode
Clearing cache/cookies
At first, the SMS codes just stopped coming. Now when I try to log in, I get this message:
“Your login attempt has failed. Verify that you are at the correct MyNBME Portal and that the username and password are correct.”
I’m using an international (non-US) phone number, so I’m wondering if this is an NBME SMS issue or if my account got temporarily locked because of too many attempts.
Has anyone had this happen recently?
And how long did support take to respond?
