Current conditions in Breithorn
Hey everyone, last week I asked if anyone knows what conditions are currently at Breithorn.
This morning was absolutely beautiful and I decided to wing it and solo Breithorn as my partner felt a bit rough this weekend and give you an update how it is as of now if anyone is planning to climb it within few days.
This morning as I mentioned was absolutely beautiful, very hot with no wind at all or cloud in a sky. Base layers even at -12c.
However due to storms and snow last(this) week crevasses are completely covered and not visible, hard to walk through deep snow, I highly recommend snow shoes or skis.
Plenty of people summiting today so I joined a group for safety.
