Anyone having trouble going to the gym or working out in general?

My eczema flair ups have been pretty bad for the past month and it hurts to just walk sometimes because of how bad my eczema is. Do you guys have any recommendations for keeping active?

For anyone who does have bad eczema and you do go to the gym, do you push through the flair ups and just focus on lifting weights and avoid workouts that will make you sweat like HITT workouts or cardio based workouts? If you do please let me know your alternatives

Does rubbing ice/ taking ice cold showers help you?

I’ve had pretty severe eczema for all my life and was on dupixent for the past 3 years, worked like a charm but would still mildly flair up in common spots like behind my legs. But I’ve been off dupixent for about 3 months now due to my medicare ending. My skin has since flaired up more again all over my body and it just hurts to even walk. I have noticed that rubbing ice or using an ice pack calms my skin down. Has anyone else found solutions?
