Normal bloating??

Honestly just looking for some validation that my bloating is not normal. I’ve spent months with a doctor running soooo many tests trying to chase an answer of why I get such painful and uncomfortable bloating. Many of my friends and family tell me I’m “pushing out” or that “it’s not that bad” and that there’s nothing wrong with me. So much so that it’s getting to my head and I’m starting to wonder if my bloating is normal and if I’m going on this Sibo/GI issue pursuit for nothing?? Honestly sometimes I even wonder if this is a weight issue, but even when I was younger and 30 pounds lighter, my stomach still looked like this (for reference I’m 5’5 160lbs) . Thoughts??

Summer-friendly practice ideas?

Hi everyone! I coach younger players (anywhere from 5-15ish) and I have been given $150 budget to purchase fun things for summer practice. Some basic ideas are like a slip and slide to practice tip ins or something small like popsicles after practice. Does anyone have any other fun ideas on how I can spice up summer practices?? A lot of times the younger kids are just sooo hot that they lack energy, so anything that would incorporate water with hockey skills would be cool! Or also anything team bonding related. Thanks!!!!

Xifaxan advice

Hi! So I am new to this SIBO thing. Long story short I’ve been BLOATED for years and just now was able to start seeing a doctor for it. Since November she has ran tons of tests (stool sample, allergens, etc.) and finally months later we landed on gluten sensitivity aaaaand SIBO. I’m so eager to start the xifaxan but I am flying to chicago this weekend to play in an important field hockey tournament …I am willing to put up with some increases gassy-ness or even diarrhea, but I’ve seen some scary stuff about nausea etc. that I am worried to take it before traveling/exercising intensely during my field hockey tournament. I know that it’s really just a roll of a dice..but does anyone have any thoughts on what you would do?? I am just so excited to get the ball rolling and hopefully start healing!! Thank you for any advice!
