Re-veg pruning tips?

My plants obviously went into reveg when brought outside and I’m just wondering what’s the best approach to defoliate these bad boys, they seem to have started producing proper leaves for the most part. I have another seedling, I could pull one of these guys out and say fuck it and just start from scratch, but I fear that I’m too late so a new plant at this point.

Should I just stick with these guys and just try to defoliate them and if so, how do I do that appropriately without sending her back into another revenge fit?

Or should I just pick one of these to get rid of it put the seedling in and at least I’ll have one plant that doesn’t look like a bush of poison ivy?

Or just lets these thick girls ride it out?

Any tips or help is greatly appreciated, have a good weekend in advance.

What is happening? Am I good?

These are two feminized seeds I got from OCS and i’ve done nothing differently than I normally do. Germination stage went fine. Seedling stage went fine. Brought them out when the weather was decent. They looked great now they’re starting to look like the kids are keeping in the attic.

I would consider myself an amateur at this, but this is the first year I’ve ever seen my plants. Do this. Not sure what it is is it just shock from when I put em in pots?
