I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership.
I negotiated a purchase price below the listed asking price, and at no point during negotiations were additional fees mentioned. After driving in from out of town to view and purchase the vehicle, I was presented with a final bill of sale that included an extra $599 in fees that had never been discussed.
When I questioned the charges and asked for them to be removed since they were not part of the negotiated deal, the sales manager insisted they were “mandatory” and that there was “nothing he could do.” It felt extremely misleading and honestly came across as a bait-and-switch tactic after I had already made the trip. There was ample opportunity to provide me with the final costs and I even requested them on several occasions.
To make matters worse, I had specifically asked them to install the all-season tires before pickup because the vehicle currently had winter tires on it. I was then told the all-season tires were already on the vehicle, which was clearly not the case.
Overall, the experience felt dishonest, poorly communicated, and very frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.
