NPD thanks Machine Era!

Not the most expensive pen I own but absolutely one of the best! Superb engineering, lovely length and weight, delightful mechanism, can't stop fidgeting with it!

Ordered only 5 days ago and already made it across the Atlantic to Scotland! No tax to pay thankfully either (thanks for the inconspicuous wrapping!!)

Wingback Journeyman or Billetspin Campen?

I am looking to treat myself to my first really decent pen and had narrowed it down to one of two types.

Wingback Journeyman was my original choice; I am British and love to support British manufacturing and this looks incredible quality, really unique mechanism etc. But then I started seeing a lot of recommendations for Billetspin Campens. Also a lovely unique mechanism and the craftsmanship looks incredible.

Both look great and I'm a bit undecided, if anything I'm leaning towards the latter for quality of finish, energel refill etc, albeit I've got import issues to worry about this way.

Any strong recommendation either way from anyone who has both? Or recommendations elsewhere for anyone who has one at least of these? As you can probably guess I like bolt action pens, I have a couple cheaper ones so want a really unique mechanism this time. Not after the standard tick or L shaped bolt. And ideally 50g or there abouts, nothing too light. For this reason I am not a fan of titanium, zirc or steel are more my thing.
