I'm trying to get back into the dojo after about eight years of illness, lockdown and injury. I have a yard in which to practice kata but my kicks especially, have gone to hell. I borrowed my friends BOB which was great for striking but above my current kicking height and he has taken it back to train himself. I can't afford one of those but there are quite a few plain bags on Amazon that look as if they might help until I get back in a gi around the £50 (I'm in the UK) mark. Are they any good or will they disintegrate in a week? Anyone know of any UK available freestanding bags worth a look?
