My daughter accidentally broke the decorative glass insert in my front door. I’m trying to find an exact replacement, but I haven’t had any luck.

Does anyone recognize this pattern or know who might have made it? Is this likely a custom piece, or did a manufacturer sell it? If it’s custom, what would you estimate it would cost to recreate?

Any advice on finding a replacement or having it remade would be greatly appreciated.
