I generally don't share things like this, but I truly need to let off steam. I hired PapersOwl for a research assignment last week because I was overwhelmed with midterms and just needed success. Major blunder.
First off, the output I received seemed written by someone who hadn't even absorbed the request. The layout was inconsistent, and they omitted half the references I explicitly requested in the guidelines. It seemed very hasty and quite frankly, barely sensible in certain parts.
When I reached out to customer service regarding the writing standard, they merely deflected and claimed I needed to have been clearer initially. Seriously? I actually uploaded the grading criteria. Complete squandering of funds, and I ended up staying up all night regardless to correct it so I wouldn't flunk.
