Full of burrs, pin retention sleeve doesn't retain pin or stay in scales, toothpick may fit with some deburring but one whole scale won't stay on.

This is my first self-purchased sak (swisschamp was 100 aud less than victorinox website at bunnings) and been dreaming of customising but my knowledge on the subject is sparse.

My options are thus:

  • Full refund (free shipping woo!) and get some cheap glow plus scales.
  • Full refund (woo) and splurge on some really fancy ones off etsy or Sakparts.
  • Partial refund and see if these ones can be made workable.
