I have a small kayaking side-hustle and I live in the least adventurous places of all time- Dallas. I’m not a travel agent. But, I’d like to organize a group of my past guests and do a multi-day kayaking tour in Canada or something- and I’d like to make a little $$ on it.

From someone on the travel industry or someone who has done this- Can you give me some thoughts about what is required from me to do this? Have you done this before? What is the best approach when I contact a kayaking adventure co?
