Is it normal that her legs are loose?

I got her on Amazon japan and it came loose out the box. It’s not incredibly loose but I have a 2014 figma miku and it’s way sturdier. Her hair and heavy clothing does add strain to the body movements but the legs should be able to pose without problem and stay in place which they don’t fully do if a movement is a bit too agressive they will change
