Hello! Are there any good legal edibles for someone that cannot chew?

Background:
My elderly father relies on legal cannabis for pain management. With new laws in Texas, he may not be able to get flower soon. He has no teeth and has been unable to find edibles that he can comfortably eat. Chewing is difficult.

He is on a tight retiree’s budget. Due to his housing, he can only consider legal options.

I’ve been unable to figure this out for him, as I don’t know anything about cannabis. The THC drinks I found were either too expensive or too weak.
