I wanted to say thanks for the recs of what to make this week with lentils that’s not my usual stew with rice.

I made sloppy Joe lentils & a sweet/tangy Cole slaw.

Absolutely amazing. My whole house smells so sweet and smoky.

Here are the recipes;

And

I toasted some sourdough bread and plopped the sloppy Joe mix on top, I did end up adding the slaw to the top to eat.

So, sioooo good! Can’t wait to try this in a wrap.

Thanks for the rec to try sloppy Joe lentils. I never would have thought something like this existed!

Super easy fix I’m sure but I’m headed to Lowe’s shortly, all the edges of my counters are doing this. Bought my house on 2023, yes u need to eventually put in high quality counters but until then…

What should I buy at Lowe’s to fix this?

Thanks!

Update; I’m going the liquid cement route. Picked a small jar on my way home this afternoon. Thanks all!

As the title says… I’m a bit tired of rice and pasta and I just bought a big bag of organic sweet potatoes I plan to bake and freeze. Gimme some ideas, pls! I like spicy flavors and it needs to freeze well since I meal prep each week for the following week.

Thank you!!!
