Automotive Industry - Account Manager - Good offer, long commute...

Working in the Automotive industry and was offered $150k base + $2k qtry bonus and potential for commission. Also has $750/month for car + phone. Commute is 50 miles, and will take 1 to 1.5 hours. They are 5 days a week in office, unless with customers, but were willing to offer me one day per week as part of a counter offer.

The salary is about $15k up from current, but I had been hybrid and local (15min commute) prior, so it would be a decent lifestyle change for me and the family.

Crazy to accept with the commute?
