The sun was just going down, and I went over to fish for an hour because why not? I had my little minnow bucket which is really cute - it's red white and blue and something a girl would buy which is why I bought it - and it had two dozen minnows in it and a bubbler.

This little girl who couldn't have been more than 3 years old or so went up to my bucket and looked down in and said Oooohhh, you must be the best Fisher ever ! Look at how many fishies you caught.

I really needed to re-load my Carolina rig but I just couldn't bear to pull it out of the water and stab a couple of minnows through their bellies vuntil she walked away.
