preparing for spouse/family visa extension. nervous about having proof of address

hi all!
i will try to be brief. my husband is & has been the breadwinner, so pretty much all of our bills and statements, including the tenancy, are in his name. he won't have any issue providing his evidence, but i'm a bit nervous about mine!

i have a bank account, so i can include bank statements across the time i've been here to fill in any gaps.
i have a letter confirming my NI number.
the only other thing that i have that i can think of using is a paper i received the other day from my GP for a bloodwork request.

as i understand it, considering we don't have any joint accounts, i will need 6 pieces of evidence each.
i am unsure if the bloodwork request will count, even though it is dated, has my address, and is from my GP/NHS.
outside of that, all i have is my NI number & bank statements.
i have a letter from when i get my provisional license, but it is undated, so i don't think i can use that.

is it likely that a bunch of bank statements + my NI letter + bloods paperwork would be accepted?

we also did a marriage allowance transfer, but i do not have a letter of confirmation or anything. i made a personal tax account with HMRC, and i do see the marriage allowance claims, but i'm not sure if there's any way to access specifically dated information about it, or if i could just use the page printed as PDF as proof. if anyone has any information about that, i would GREATLY appreciate it!

if i've left out any important information, please let me know!

ICEEs here do, in fact, hit the same as Slurpees back home!!

i remember having this discussion a while back about somebody missing Slurpees and trying to find an equivalent here. we came to the conclusion that slush puppies were not the same, and Tango Ice Blasts were alright, but strong on the artificial sweetener.
went to Cineworld yesterday & got an ICEE ..... wow. it really hit the spot. fluffy, carbonated, no strong artificial sweetener taste. just pure cherry & blue raspberry bliss.
highly recommend if you're feeling nostalgic about Slurpees!! honestly might be worth the trip to Cineworld just to get an ICEE and leave 😁
