i’ve been on 40 mg for about five months now and I recently been feeling more anxious so i asked my Doctor to increase my dose. He said to take 40 mg in the morning and 20 mg at night this entire time I’ve been taking my medication I’ve been taking it at night so should I do 20 mg in the morning and 40mg at night or just switch over to his plan completely?
