This is the only focus to add the second SF branch, and its from \"The Jewel in the crown\" path

And the decision to unlock more SF branch is hardcoded to not Visible to Dutch East Indies because it does Have a Focus to unlock more SF branch

so apparently if you doing "Underground Revolution" path in Dutch East indies you cant have additional SF Branch because the focus to get it is only available in "The Jewel in the crown" path, in other country(like German, Soviet, Philipines and Japan) the focus to get additional SF Branch usually is not locked down in a certain Political Path, i just dont get it why in this case the focus is locked only to ""The Jewel in the crown", now i have to choose between having a gigachad Mountaineer or Marines.

in the end i chose The Goat Mountaineer tho (dont mind the MP lost its because i battleplan against China)
