Help deciding on the topic for my thesis

I am a computer science student in my final year of college, and I need to choose my thesis topic. This choice is important because the topic I choose will likely be the one I pursue for my master's degree. I've had a few ideas, but I'm worried about how this will affect my job search later on, since after my master's, I'm not sure if I want to pursue an academic career with a doctorate, and I believe I will go into the job market.

My thesis topic ideas so far are as follows:

  1. Quantum machine learning: I have a good understanding of machine learning, and I've secured an exchange program in Canada in a few months to do research focused on Quantum Machine Learning. This is a very interesting topic, so this year I learned quantum computing for the trip and thought about pursuing it for my thesis. My fear is that this is a very specific market and it may be difficult to find a job in this area if I don't have a very deep specialization.

  2. Machine Learning Project: I also thought about taking on a more practical (idk what yet). It might be less unique, but it could be more interesting to have something practical for the job market. I'm also afraid that the machine learning market is very specialized and has few entry-level positions (since I can't be unemployed for too long after graduating).

  3. Documentation using LLMs: I briefly studied LLMs and started a project to document legacy code using LLMs, which I ended up abandoning due to lack of time (classic). However, I believe it could be a good idea, but I don't know if I can finish it completely in just one thesis, since it has several aspects ranging from correct parsing of complex code, insertion and evaluation in LLMs, and what would constitute good generated documentation. Like the other two, the job market using LLMs scares me a little, but I think that since it's something very new, nobody knows the exact answer to that.

If someone with more experience could advise me, I would be very grateful; I've been wondering how to proceed with my life for several months now.
