Hey everyone,

Made an order 4 days ago from Australia, yet to receive anything other than an email saying the order has been received.

Orders are meant to be shipped in 2-4 business days, I also tried reaching out to support for an update with no response yet. I also tried reaching out to IW on Instagram with no response.

Anyone else had a similar experience?
