Quick analysis I did of Fukouna Girl from hearing it today
For the lightning bolts in my arteries (This one is fairly obviously referring to excruciating pain)
For the scum sucking worms and devotees (This one is referring to the gif pretty strongly from how I understand it, the scum is likely the person who made it, worms being those who take advantage of people who send it to others, and devotees being those who obviously praise and enjoy said gif.)
Shake your tail, let your blood till you can't see (This may be a stretch, I'm taking it as being angry, blood boiling, at somebody even after you've made them walk away in shame.)
Where they're digging a hole for our bodies (About the common result of shaming somebody to the point they don't think they deserve life.)
Cause we don't really know what the facts were (Confusion about the reason why somebody would want to make somebody else want to die.)
Sing the same fascist song with some new words (I don't think the word song is literal here, I believe it's saying force your same beliefs onto others while adjusting the specifics to fit them specifically.)
If you hate her, I think you should kill her (I think it's saying that killing her would be less painful than the constant pain she's having because of you)
But you won't because everybody's cheering for Fukouna Girl (Referring to how if somebody were to see somebody suffering that much because of you they'd be on their side, not yours)
If you want to flay me, let's see what's inside (The point of suicidal people at the point where they've given up on wanting to live but not capable of killing themselves yet.)
Cause pretty girls can never die (I'm certain this is about how Hollywood stars who were seen as the most attractive of an era usually never have their legacy die, I'm also certain this is to mock the Fukouna Girl about how she's not pretty enough to have that happen for her.)
All my bones will be bound up in dresses (The belief that she's nothing more than a walking corpse in a dress, she's so hollow she seems like a zombie.)
They will watch as I dance on the fences (People not knowing how to get the Fukouna Girl to feel like she deserves to live, as she's edging closer and closer to killing herself.)
Harmony stained with consequences (Everyone being in agreement that there's nothing they can do, even though the consequence of their inaction is just pushing her closer to death.)
Maybe then we will all learn our lesson (The Fukouna Girl's hope that maybe if she dies people will learn from her death.)
Hello brother, I'm making a weapon (She's thinking of her suicide as a weapon against the people who didn't help, to force them to be better.)
Hello sister, I'm making confessions (Suicide note.)
I am answering for my transgressions (The belief that her abusers are right, and that she's settling what she's done wrong through death.)
I say goodbye to a blackbird (Symbolism for permanent change or grief, in this context, the idea that she'll cause grief and it's too late to fix her.)
I say goodbye to my own words (She thinks her words are final, since she's going to go through with it.)
She's an unlucky girl, who can save her (Either the girl is reciting what the others have said about her, or it's the abusers talking others out of helping her.)
This disease that she has, there is no cure (The abuser, or maybe the people around her, thinking of her being suicidal is a disease that can't be helped.)
The steel is kissing her head now (She's jumped off a building and landing on steel or some metal.)
Then the blood and saliva in her mouth (The blood puddling around her body.)
All the angels laughing down (The belief that the abuser sees themselves as innocent and are laughing at her.)
The loop (Usually, when you're doing a permanent action that you can't take back and don't really want, you end up repeating your reasons to convince yourself it's right one.)
Cause pretty girls deserve to die (The abuser believing they were justified.)
