Out of curiosity, what happens when wealthy people retire in India and/or move back to India to retire?

Trying to understand how the personal definitions of retirement have changed since my grandparents days to my parents to now.

The worst part is most of the people I know who grew up with cars don't even think this is a matter worthy of research. And a lot of whom I speak about are academics working in urban studies 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
