My employer wants clients to be able to access a map we've made with various data layers (we use QGIS because it's free and has the functionality we need). Except access to our map needs to be via a secure log-in page and the users must not be able to download the datasets behind our layers. Only see them on screen.

I have no experience here, does anyone know how I could solve it? I spoke to guys who could do it via ESRI but the licences got expensive quickly so that's a no go...
