Hello, I've recently become intrigued by the topic of pianos. I've never played any instruments before, but it occurred to me that learning to play might be a better way to unwind than doomscrolling, but I don't have much free time. I recently learned that there are electric piano models with illuminated keys. In such circumstances, is this a good way to learn to play, or is it just mindless, mechanical repetition of sequences?
