Became a multi-millionaire while I was living with my parents

Since I was young, I always had a great interest in money and saving up. Since I started working at the age of 16, I started to save and invested my hard earned money whenever possible. After more than 20 years later, I am now a successful multi millionaire.

Ofc I don’t live with my parents anymore, but I realized one thing over the years. As long as you stay at home, be frugal with your money, and if you invest, you can have your very own financial freedom too.

I know some of you may have certain comments and may not agree to my opinion, but that’s okay.

Just recently, I was able to retire my parents, and can now set up a generational wealth to my future kids.

- Anyone else that took similar steps as I did? Any advice?

I feel let behind and will I ever be able to own a home?

I know the economy is bad and everyone is struggling to live by. I have been hearing that the condo market has been declining a bit.

In my early 30s, and the most I can afford is a $1.2million condo 2b2b.

How are people in Vancouver able to buy single family homes in Vancouver? I feel like I will never be able to catch up and falling behind.

Will I have a comfortable life with this income?

Hello everyone,

Is making $2800 net per month a livable wage in Vancouver? Is it possible to live on my own? What do you think?

Ideal place to live as a couple?

Looking for a second place to live in for the weekdays with my gf and trying to see which location is best for a couple.

Coal harbour or West end by English Bay?

In my 20s I already live alone by myself in Yaletown. I am trying to look for a second place to live in. I will be living in both locations for peace of mind.

Ideally during the weekend I want to live in Yaletown, and on the weekdays, somewhere else.
