Have you had a kidney infection?

Have you had a really bad kidney infection? Did you experience really severe acid reflux and pain above your belly button in your back that spread to the right side eventually? Did it cause you to feel extremely nauseated and mistake the nausea and upset stomach as reflux or constipation? Did it cause you pain also in your lower right abdomen? What other symptoms did you have? I’m not seeking medical advice, just wondering what signs to look for and hopefully read your story, thank you :)

Severe debilitating pain mid back, flushing etc

I’ve had this come and go for over maybe two years, and it’s going on now. I can’t eat or drink water and bowel movements trigger the pain and bowel movements (I never strain, I relax and breathe out deep and gently) cause me to have shortness of breath where I’m struggling to even get small amounts of breaths. pooping and especially eating causes me crushing fatigue, hot flushes that are red on my upper back, neck, face, upper arms. The pain causes me to feel like I want to die. I was having diarhea but then yellow thin ribbon stool, then I had more normal today but that caused back pain. I can’t wear a bra, the strap worsens the pain in mid back. Ct scans, x rays all normal, last one was in January. I hold my face and sob loudly because it’s past a 10 on pain scale. Gi Dr told me it’s emotional and stress and refused to do a colonoscop since my last one in 2022 was normal.

i wake up from shortness of breath, heart palpitations when food etc is moving through my gut. I drink plenty of water, I eat fiber, I don’t eat bad, but this keeps happeniby. The flushing happens with the shortness of breath but really starts up after pooping or moving. I can twist and start flushing and need to have diarrhea. Im not saying I have carcinoid syndrome but when I typed my symptoms that popped up. My pancreas is good, hormones are good, thyroid everything has been tested mostly standard. I just need to know if anyone can relate, and what exactly should I even ask my pcp? He didn’t seem to care about my symptoms and barely wants to test for anything. He just does cbc and that’s it
