Drop in quality/framerate/everything after exiting any menu. Most noticeable during larger battles and visits to cities. Ends up as a greater or lesser slideshow. I've been fighting with graphics settings for a dozen or so hours and still can't effectively fix it. I'm playing a modded version with the Odyssey pack. It includes mods that are theoretically supposed to fix what I'm dealing with, but apparently something with my setup makes this problem keep coming back, and I just don't know what to do anymore to get this damn thing working properly.
My setup: Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3070, 128GB RAM. I have two monitors connected with refresh rate averaged to 120Hz.
