If a watch you ordered from a TD stops running after 2 weeks, what response would you expect?
Before I put someone on blast over a $150 knockoff...just wanted to know the thoughts of the community?
I got a beautiful watch, but within 2 weeks, it started to have issues, and the TD treated me like an idiot ("it needs to be hand wound"), even after explaining all steps taken to diagnose, and the fact that it was a daily wear watch for 2 weeks, except when it was put down to wash dishes and stopped running.
Personally? I'm never buying from them again...but should something beyond "wind it" be expected?
