Couple of photos from about 10 years ago of my grandparents, annoyingly with Snapchat filters on, just wondering if anyone can revert them to original

Posted this about a month ago originally, but had only taken a photo of the physical photograph with my phone, as requested this is instead a scan of the photograph, hopefully a bit better! Appreciate any effort and time individuals may take to rectify this image.
