Came out very nicely! With such a short ingredient list, will definitively make again!!
I followed the comments which noted not to touch anything while making the caramel. The nutmeg is a nice flavor note.

Tried this recipe because we have been receiving an abundance of heirloom tomatoes in our CSA box and have had many caprese salads… we wanted to try something new… and this was awesome! The vinaigrette is quite tasty.
We received yellow beans, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in this week’s CSA box so decided to make a Niçoise salad!
