T1, which reason for unreturned prepaid rent?
Landlord didn't return prepaid rent when I moved out. On T1, would it fall under "Reason 1: My landlord charged me an illegal rent, which I have paid."?

CRV2019: seat adjustment bar broken/fell off
Seat Track Adjust Handle.
It got loose, I pulled it out. 2 metal clips also came out.
I was not able to put it back in. Is it broken, what can I do?
