Persistent Deleted Files (10.11.4 on TrueNAS Scale)

Hello, I'm relatively new to Jellyfin and really TrueNAS and any sort of media stuff lol.

In any case, I have Jellyfin running in TrueNAS, and so far its been great. Today I decided to go in and fix some stuff that has been bothering me and my fiancee, such as movies and shows that dont have proper metadata. For the movies, it worked great—all I had to do was rename stuff, delete extra random files, and boom, fixed itself.

For shows, however, I'm not getting much success. In particular, a show that had an animated version from decades ago and a live action version made recently share the same name. I had weird crossovers between the two and generally they just didnt work well at all: we'd go to play the animated and the live action titles would appear, and just all weird and chaotic. I went to try to fix it, and the animated version now looks great and perfect, but the live action version has nothing under it. In addition, a new folder appeared with the old name, and episodes (everything wrong like before) show up inside it, but nothing is playable and I can't delete anything (says jellyfin doesnt have permission) but in reality I've deleted them on the TrueNAS server through Windows SMB.

I've removed the entire Shows library, ran tasks to delete stuff/clean cache, etc, re-added, and then this folder always appears and is filled with phantom files (and the folder has actually recreated itself in the directory as I could see in Truenas). I've now completely taken the live action folder out and it is waiting to be put back in but the phantom files are still there.

Help! Clearly it has memory of stuff I had on there. But I can't figure out how to make it forget! lol
