Just read Charles McNulty’s wild rave for Pasadena Playhouse’s new Brigadoon (with a modernized book by Alexandra Silber) in which he says it’s the best LA staging of a musical in his 20 years at the LA Times. Any chance this might transfer to Broadway? It does have Tyne Daly (!) in the cast! Betsy Morgan is certainly overdue for a big Broadway role, and it is one of my favorite scores. Has anyone seen it?
