HLR or CUE?

Finally got my DBQ.. I have 30/30 for upper extremities. I am RH dominant and it shows in my DBQ but it was treated as minor. If all I’m challenging is for them to rate my RH as a major (dominant hand 30/40) how would I go about it? Bighoovercraft had gave me an answer before without the DBQ but now that I have it I just want a confirmation since I heard both answers

Minor/Major upper extremity rating question

I have requested my DBQs but it’s been a month and no movement.. I am right handed, but my decision letter shows it was treated as a minor instead of a major. So my question is would filling an HLR fix it by rating my right hand under the dominant rating 40% instead of it being treated as a non dominant rating 30%? I just want insight so when my DBQ does come in I am ready for the next step. According to the calculator that singular change IF it was an error will get me to the “finish line (peace and mind).” Or if the rating is correct, please let me know. Main thing tho I am right handed and I believe it should’ve been treated as a major.

What should I do next?

Was bored one day so decided to play ck3 without debuff mode for the first time to get achievements. Decided to have some fun with a custom character to create the Roman Empire. Created a new Christian faith with a little hellism since we are the Roman Empire but still wanted to follow the teachings of Christ. Anyways generations later my current character now has a conqueror trait, pretty sick as it’s my first time getting this trait. I didnt want to expand further to let the AI build their kingdoms. my empire is filled with my dynasty as kings. So I can keep my empire enact by forcing dynasty members to end war of it comes down to it. Except west francia. The karlings had lost it to Brittany. Karlings had no land besides their cadet branches. So I invited the current karling head and took France for him. To keep their dynasty alive for sentimental reasons. Their cadet branch is Kaiser of the Holy Roman Empire so they still have power in a way. Anyways my current character just got conqueror trait, i want opinions on what I should do. Should I united all of Europe to fight china? They have 100k + troops and 100k+ gold. Our borders are almost touching. Kinda crazy. Anyways GLORY TO ROME
