I am confused on which one to use my BC, Have also given my current best mon that i have which i am planning to bottle cap on the last 4 slides.

If you use your trinket on the trade, I can offer compensation (shiny legendaries, level-ups, or other adds).
If I use my trinket on the trade, I’ll be looking for compensation.
