Barbell Overhead Press vs Standing Military Press
The "How To" descriptions in Hevy contain the same text. Is there any functional difference between these two exercises?
Elsewhere on the internet I'm reading that military press is meant to be done with your feet together, whereas a barbell overhead press can be done with feet as wide as shoulder-width. Hevy splits the difference by saying "hip width" for both exercises.
What say you all, humans who lift weights?
