Willet feather? Gray-brown & white, 3.5 inches (SC, USA)

White & dark brown (not black) feather, 2.25 inches (from MD or SC, USA)
I struck out using Feather Atlas here. It may be some type of plover or sandpiper from coastal SC but I'm at a loss. I can't find a Semipalmated Plover in the USFWS Feather Atlas and Piping Plover doesn't seem to quite work.
